Free shipping for domestic and international orders:

From a total order value of EUR 70, delivery within Germany and to the following countries is free of shipping costs: Belgium, Denmark, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland and Spain.

Regular delivery conditions for Germany:

The price for standard delivery is EUR 5.90 and is only valid for orders within Germany. The delivery time is approx. 4 to 7 working days.

Regular delivery conditions for the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom:

The shipping time is approximately 4 to 7 working days.
The shipping costs are EUR 14, regardless of the order value.
Shipping and delivery: Delivery

During the ordering process, you will be shown the estimated shipping date for the items you have ordered.

Our delivery service provider (Post/DHL) will do everything possible to ensure that your order reaches its destination as quickly as possible. Please understand that delivery delays may occur from time to time due to fluctuating delivery times (e.g. as a result of weather or traffic conditions).

You will also find the expected delivery time in the detailed view of the respective item. If there are any obstacles to delivery, we will inform you by e-mail, stating the expected delivery date if possible. If the items are available for immediate delivery, they will usually be handed over for delivery within 24 hours.
